Questions We Get a Lot

Most enclosures in this category require a minimum ceiling height of 9 to 10 feet and a floor footprint of at least 10 by 10 feet to allow for a full, unrestricted swing. Before purchasing, measure your intended space — width, depth, and ceiling clearance — and compare those dimensions to the product specifications listed on each product page. A tighter space may limit club selection or swing path, so accurate room measurement is the first step.

An impact screen is the primary projection and ball-strike surface stretched across the front of the enclosure frame. Quality screens in this category are constructed from layered, high-density woven material specifically rated to absorb repeated ball impact at driver speeds without tearing or deforming. Reviewing the material and frame specs on each product page will tell you what impact tolerance a given screen is rated for.

The enclosures themselves are the physical structure — frame, screen, and netting — and do not include a launch monitor or simulation software. You will need to source compatible launch monitor hardware and your preferred golf simulation software separately to complete a fully interactive simulator setup. The enclosure functions as the hitting bay that houses your existing or planned technology.

Valor Sports Systems offers 30-Day Returns — full details on eligible conditions and the return process are available in our Return Policy. About Our Golf Simulators

A golf simulator enclosure is a purpose-built hitting bay that transforms any available indoor space — a garage, basement, or spare room — into a functional practice environment for the serious golfer. At its core, the enclosure consists of a rigid structural frame, a high-density impact screen rated to absorb repeated ball strikes, and protective side and ceiling netting that contains every shot. When paired with a compatible launch monitor and simulation software, the setup delivers measurable ball-flight data and on-screen course play regardless of season, daylight, or weather. When selecting an enclosure, the most important factors are frame material and joint construction, which determine long-term rigidity under repeated impact stress; screen fabric density and weave rating, which govern durability at full swing speeds; and overall assembled dimensions relative to your available ceiling height and floor footprint. Buyers should also consider ease of assembly and whether the frame design allows for future upgrades or relocation. A well-chosen enclosure is a permanent infrastructure investment in consistent, year-round skill development.
